Welcome!

Our Society, situated in Peterborough, Cambridgeshire, provides a meeting point for like-minded members and friends sharing an interest in Model Engineering, whether it is Steam/Electric/Diesel Locomotives, Traction Engines, Boats, Aircraft or Tools. There are at present approximately 100 members and the last few years have seen a steady increase to our membership.

Our meetings take place at Eye Community Centre, 70 High Street , Eye, Peterborough, PE6 7UY and are held on the first and third Mondays of the Month (with a few exceptions).  Mostly the meetings held on the first Mondays are ‘Bits and Pieces’ meetings, where members bring along their work in progress or anything else that may be of interest to other members. At the other meetings we have talks on subjects associated with our hobby (sometimes very loosely associated), or we arrange visits to sites of interest. Throughout the year, we also arrange visits to other clubs in the local vicinity and operate a portable railway track to local events and fetes.

If you are interested in who we are and what we do then we welcome visitors to our meetings.
